These terms govern your use of Fieldfare. Plain English, no surprises.
The service
Fieldfare provides multicurrency invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting for freelancers. We are not accountants, tax advisors, or financial advisors. Fieldfare is a tool — not financial advice. Verify everything with your accountant.
Your account
One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up.
Free and paid plans
The free plan includes up to 10 invoices per month, 3 clients, and 20 expense imports per month. All core features are available on the free plan.
The Pro plan removes all usage limits. Pricing is listed on the site and varies by region. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. You can manage your subscription (cancel, update payment method, view invoices) via the Stripe Customer Portal in Settings.
Your data
You own your data. We don't sell it. We don't use it for advertising. We don't use it to train AI models.
You can export your data at any time using the CSV export features in the app. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
Acceptable use
Don't use Fieldfare for illegal activity, to create fraudulent invoices, or to abuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms with notice.
Limitation of liability
Fieldfare is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service reliable but we don't guarantee 100% uptime.
We are not liable for financial losses resulting from use of the service. Exchange rates are indicative and sourced from the European Central Bank and Open Exchange Rates — they may differ from rates your bank or payment provider applies. Invoice totals, expense figures, and P&L numbers are for your reference. Verify with your accountant before making financial decisions.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts for violation of these terms with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
